Terms of Service

1. What SiteLaju Shop is

SiteLaju Shop is a self-service tool that lets independent sellers build and run their own shop website. We are not a marketplace, broker, or auctioneer, and we are not a party to any sale between a seller and their buyers. Payments go directly to each seller through the payment gateway the seller connects.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and shop.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Seller responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, stock, delivery, returns, and customer service.
• You must comply with Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.
• You must display accurate business and contact details and your own return policy to buyers.
• You are responsible for your payment gateway and courier accounts, including their fees and terms.

4. Prohibited products and content

You may not sell or promote counterfeit or pirated goods, illegal drugs or substances, weapons, adult content, gambling, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, stolen goods, or anything fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or illegal in Malaysia.

5. Plans and pricing

• Free plan: RM0, free for life, up to 10 products.
• Pro plan: RM19.99 per month or RM215.89 per year, including your own domain, free SSL certificate, unlimited products, SiteLaju branding removed, and priority support.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Suspension and termination

We may unpublish or suspend a shop that breaks these terms, the law, or is used for fraud, without refund for the affected period. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

7. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Sitelaju Technologies is not liable for lost sales, profits, or disputes between sellers and buyers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and notify sellers by email of significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
